The iconic JOJO building started its life in 1908 as the Nedlands Baths, a site where many Perth locals learnt to swim. From there, the venue has evolved and most recently turned into a thriving hospitality venue. The newest chapter for JOJO has come from a major renovation into a modern and trendy function centre proudly owned and managed by Sevens Group Australia. With three venue spaces on offer, there is endless possibility with what can be achieved here.

Viewings by appointment onlyWe acknowledge that we are floating on the Derbarl Yerrigan in traditional lands of the Noongar people, who for thousands of years have been the custodians of these lands and waters. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to elders both past and present.
